Yes! The free plan is not a trial, it’s completely free forever as long as you have 10 users or less and up to 1TB of data to protect.
The 30-day free trial gives you plenty of time to test our services. For example:
- If you sign up on 12/13/2024, your trial lasts until 1/12/2025.
- Your first bill will be sent on 1/31/2025, covering the period from 1/13/2025 to 1/31/2025.
- You can cancel anytime before 1/12/2025 without any cost.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or change your service level anytime directly from the VMOBACKUP portal.
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan anytime via your VMOBACKUP account. However, cancellations are not prorated:
- If you cancel on January 15th, your service will remain active until the end of January. You can continue using the service until the cancellation becomes effective.
We provide secure credit card billing through Stripe. Here’s how it works:
- No credit card storage: Your payment information is securely processed via Stripe, and we don’t store your card details.
- 30-day free trial: Your first month is free. Afterward, you are charged in arrears based on usage at the end of each month.
