The 30-day free trial gives you plenty of time to test our services. For example, if you sign up on 12/13/2025, your trial lasts until 1/12/2026. Your first bill will be sent on 1/31/2026, covering the period from 1/13/2026 to 1/31/2026. You can cancel anytime before 1/12/2026 without any cost.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or change your service level anytime directly from the VMOBACKUP portal. No need to contact support, it’s all self-service.
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan anytime via your VMOBACKUP account.
Cancellations are not prorated — if you cancel on January 15th, your service will remain active until the end of January.
We provide secure credit card billing through Stripe. Your payment information is securely processed and we don’t store your card details. Your first month is free, then you are charged in arrears based on usage at the end of each month.
