VMOBACKUP Payments
Set Up or Change Credit Card Payments and Subscription level
Step 1:
When you login to the portal, make sure you are on the M365 App.
Step 2:
Click on the Settings Menu on the left, below APPS.
Select Subscriptions and click the pencil to edit the subscription.
Step 3:
Select the level of service needed for your account and click save.
Step 4:
You will then be directed to Stripe to fill out your credit card information. All credit card data is handled by Stripe.
Step 5:
Once your payment method is entered, you will be taken back to the portal where you will see your updated subscription type.
Changing Payment Method
If at any time you need to change your payment method, you can do this by clicking the pencil icon and selecting change payment method.
You will again be taken to Stripe to enter your new payment details.
